At Beauty by Phina, we are committed to providing high-quality human hair products and accessories. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we maintain strict return and refund guidelines to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
The product must be in its original packaging
Lace products must have uncut and untouched lace
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
Wigs or hair that have been worn, installed, or used
Products that have been cut, styled, dyed, bleached, or washed
Lace that has been cut or altered
Items not in their original condition or packaging
Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos or videos as proof
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund
Refund Process
Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for:
Defective products
Damaged items
Incorrect items received
All exchange requests must follow the same reporting timeline (within 48 hours).
